We’re excited to help you access your bag sewing courses anytime, anywhere. Below you’ll find answers to common questions and how to get support.

📲 How to Log In

You don’t need a password to access your courses. Instead, follow this simple login process:

Option 1: Login via One-Time Code

1. Go to www.makedesignerbags.com and tap “Members Area”.

2. Enter the email address you used to purchase your course.

3. Check your email inbox (and Spam/Promotions folder) for a message from:
   Sender: MakeDesignerBags
   Subject: "[123456] is your login code"

4. Enter the 6-digit code shown in the email – and you’re in!

Option 2: Login with the Shop App

You can also use your Shop App login if you’ve connected it to your email and order history. Just follow the Shop login prompts in the app.

🧵 Where’s My Course?

If you’ve logged in with the same email used at checkout, your purchased courses will appear automatically. If not, try logging in again or contact support below.
