Raw material in stock: ships within 1–2 weeks of order confirmation.

Raw material to be sourced: please allow an additional 2–3 weeks for the hide, cork, or textile to arrive before production begins.

You will receive an automatic email with tracking the moment the panel leaves our studio.

Custom-order sales policy

Made-to-order nature. This panel is produced exclusively to your specification (design, material, size). Under U.S. consumer-protection regulations for bespoke goods, it is not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange once production has started.

Exception for damage or manufacturing defect. If the item you receive shows clear material damage or workmanship defects:

Notify us in writing an email within three (3) business days of delivery.

Include your order number and dated photographic evidence of the issue.

Upon verification, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected item—at our sole discretion and as the exclusive remedy available.

No other returns or replacements will be accepted. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to these terms and waive any right to return or replacement except as expressly provided above.
